Why the date moved
Creative director Soulframe said the team wanted one final round of improvements. The letter identifies upgraded character models and reworked environments, including brighter and more open scenes that still remain inside the kungfupunk visual language.
The team also aims to preserve most of the improved presentation without requiring ray tracing. The extra fifty days are described as targeted completion work for the day-one experience rather than a promise to rebuild every system.

What S-GAME plans to show next
The same letter says pre-orders will open during summer 2026 alongside a trailer containing new in-game footage. A dedicated State of Play is planned afterward with a fifteen-to-twenty-minute look at the world, combat, exploration and character progression.
